I am usually against posting about video clips, but this add from '76 is really fascinating, considering the current 'crisis'.
Apparently, more people died of the vaccine at that time then the 'flu.

On Airport Security, and the Diets of Americans
At Heathrow Airport today, an individual, later discovered to be a public schoolteacher, was arrested attempting to board a flight in possesion of a compass, a protractor and a graphical calculator. Authorities beleive he is a member of the notorious Al-Gebra movement.
He is being charged with carrying weapons of math instruction.
And a note for the nutritionally aware amongst us:
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than either the British or the Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than either the British or the Americans.
4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than either the British or the Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat fatty sausages, and suffer fewer heart attacks than either the British or the Americans.
Conclusion: Eat what you like, it's speaking English that kills you!

Ancient Inventions
Some years ago, an obscure Scottish archaeologist made an astounding discovery. There were copper wires buried 150 ft under Edinburgh, which meant that the Scots had had telephones a hundred and fifty years ago, before Alexander Bell had even claimed to invent them.
The English were stunned! Surely they were far more civilised than the Scots, and yet it seemed that those 'blue-painted tribesmen' had telephones first.
Immediately they set their best archaeologists to work digging, and found more wires. These ones were 200 feet deep, and so they told the papers that 'The British had Telephone 200 years ago!. They could relax at last, secure that they were the technocrats of the historical British Isles.
Meanwhile, The Irish watched bemusedly. When they figured out what was going on, they started to dig as well. The got to 100ft, and didn't find anything. They dug to 150, 200, 300 ft, and still nothing. They kept searching until they reached 500ft. When the press asked why they were so unsuccessful, a Dublin professor patiently explained: The Irish had had wireless 5oo years ago!

Ode to Cheese
All ye kings hallow, that substance yellow!
Chesterton, step aside – we’re proud’a the Gauda,
Gilbert Kieth! Are you crazy man? Eat your Parmesan!
Your poems are a little bit boring – so fetch me some ale,
Some crisps, and some Wensleydale!
There is no guilt in munching Stilton
Neither sorrow, once through,
in starting on the Danish Blue.
Chesterton, you wrote on things profound
And wound up in the ground.
Perhaps it would’a been bedda
To stick to Chedder.

Casper Gets Attacked by an Angry Lion
This incident was videoed by my grandpa at Haifa Zoo in 2005.
I sure hope that lioness never escapes!
